The key to your success is the interaction between you and what feels good. If you are trying to lose weight by depriving yourself, forcing yourself to eat foods that you don’t like, or in any other way, you are just going to end up exhausting yourself.
All diets create problems because they are against our human nature. If you tell a child, “don’t do that”, they immediately want to do whatever they are forbidden to do. The same is true for adults. When we begin a “diet”, we are accepting someone else’s mandate of “don’t eat this” and “don’t eat that”. The first time our willpower isn’t looking, we’re going to eat whatever we’re not supposed to, and eat far more of it than we should.
This program is not a diet or “weight loss” program, but rather, a guide for how to align yourself with your own inner nature so you never have to worry about weight loss or “sticking to a program” again—your health and weight management just became a part of who you are.
